Sylvia Sanchez slammed this allegation against her and her son Arjo Atayde
Veteran actress Sylvia Sanchez is aware that bashers are accusing her and her son Arjo Atayde of using the actor’s girlfriend Maine Mendoza for their vested interest.
Arjo and Maine’s relationship is going stronger and it can be seen that their loved ones are also happy for them. However, it is inevitable that some showbiz fans will raise intrigue against them.
In a recent interview on comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz’s YouTube channel, Sylvia Sanchez was asked about the allegation that she and Arjo Atayde are just using Maine Mendoza.
The veteran actress said that she knows about these accusations against them but they are not affected by these. She said that even before Arjo decided to enter politics, this was already being thrown at him. Sylvia also received this allegation.
She shared that it is Maine who felt ashamed because of this intrigue. “Sa totoo lang, hiyang-hiya si Maine, sabi niya, ‘Tita, I’m sorry,” the veteran actress shared.
Sylvia said that they know themselves that is the reason why they are paying attention to these kinds of intrigues against them. She added that Maine knows the truth and so the allegation is not a big deal for them.
The veteran actress said that the important thing is what is between Maine Mendoza and Arjo Atayde and the good relationship that they have with each other’s families.
When it comes to the political campaign of her son, Sylvia Sanchez said that he never attempted to bring his girlfriend to any events regarding politics. The actress stressed that her son wants to win the elections because of his ability to serve and not because of other things.
