In a heartbreaking moment that gripped both the entertainment industry and the public, veteran actress and former Batangas Governor Vilma Santos was seen in tears as her son, actor and host Luis Manzano, was wheeled out of the emergency room in a Metro Manila hospital.

Witnesses described a deeply emotional scene as Vilma, known as the “Star for All Seasons,” sobbed uncontrollably, holding onto her son’s hand while medical staff rushed him out of the ER.
