In her post, Kris revealed that she is currently experiencing a lupus flare fever — a condition that causes severe fever and other symptoms that significantly impact her daily life.

Kris said that this flare fever is another challenge she must face amid the many hardships brought by her illness. She admitted that what she’s going through is not easy, but she chose to be open about it so the public can better understand her condition.

She also showed her followers the signs and symptoms of lupus affecting her. These include skin changes such as red spots visible on her face, as well as wounds and other physical effects caused by the autoimmune disease.
