FATHER OF THREE CHILDREN KILLED IN STA. MARIA, BULACAN FIRE BREAKS DOWN IN TEARS: “THEY WERE MY LIFE”

A heartbreaking tragedy unfolded in Barangay Pulong Buhangin, Sta. Maria, Bulacan, after three young siblings perished in a house fire late Sunday night. The children’s devastated father arrived at the scene only to find the charred remains of his children, collapsing in grief as neighbors and emergency responders looked on.

🔥 DEADLY BLAZE CLAIMS INNOCENT LIVES

According to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the fire broke out around 10:00 PM in a small home made of light, flammable materials. The three children—aged 2, 5, and 7—were reportedly sleeping when the fire started. Their mother had briefly left to buy food, leaving them unattended.

💔 FATHER’S PAIN TOO MUCH TO BEAR

In a video that has since gone viral on social media, the father can be seen screaming and falling to his knees as firefighters put out the last flames.

“I don’t know how to live without them. They were my life. Everything I did was for them,” he said through sobs in a media interview.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 NEIGHBORS SHARE THE GRIEF

Neighbors and relatives gathered around the site, crying and mourning with the father.

“They were sweet kids—always smiling, always playing outside. This is just too painful,” shared Mercy, a neighbor who lived just a few doors down.

🚒 INVESTIGATION UNDERWAY

BFP officials believe the fire may have been caused by an unattended candle or faulty wiring. Investigations are still ongoing to determine the official cause.
