Charee Pineda, a Filipina former actress, has once again moved many netizens with a deeply emotional tribute to her late daughter, Christiana, which is their family’s “angel baby.”

On Sunday, May 18, Charee took to Instagram to share a family photo, taken inside what appeared to be a toy store, alongside her husband, Martell Soledad, and their young son, Martell Francesco.

While the image radiated much warmth and joy, the caption carried a more poignant tone.

“A year ago today, I was pregnant with our angel, Christiana. As we move forward, the short but precious memories we made with her will forever live in our hearts. She is with us, always,” Charee wrote, honoring the memory of the daughter she and Martell lost far too soon.

The message, though brief, was powerful — underscoring how time does little to erase grief.

Back in May 2024, Charee made headlines after sharing the heartbreak of losing her baby girl.

At just 22 weeks and 1 day into her pregnancy, she revealed that their baby’s heart had stopped beating. “At 22 weeks and 1 day, our baby’s heart stopped beating. Our hearts were shattered but it surely made our faith stronger,” she said in a vulnerable post that touched countless hearts.

The loss, while devastating, became a moment of reflection and faith for Charee and her family.

About a month after the loss, she penned a heartbreaking note addressed to Christiana in a now-deleted online post on Instagram: “In His time anak, ibabalik ka ni Lord sa amin. Sana ako pa rin ang mapili nyang maging Mommy mo. Not a day goes by na wala ka sa isip ni Mommy.”

Charee Pineda is a Filipina-American former actress and politician. She gained recognition for her roles in television series such as Katorse and Angelito: Batang Ama, where she portrayed Rosalie Dimaano. In 2020, Charee eventually married Martell Soledad, her longtime boyfriend. Since giving birth to her child on the same year, Charee has since stepped away from the limelight. Beyond her acting career, Pineda ventured into politics, serving as a city councilor for Valenzuela.

In 2020, Charee Pineda gave birth to a baby boy, whom they have named Martell Franceso, on November 28. The actress thanked God, families, friends, doctors, and nurses for the support she received. Her husband, Martell Soledad, also posted on social media about the good news. He revealed that Baby Cesco came earlier than expected, only at 34 weeks.

Meanwhile, on the same year, Charee Pineda tied the knot with her longtime boyfriend, Martell Soledad. The two opted for a simple civil ceremony, which was held at the city hall in Valenzuela. The two were together for six years before deciding to tie the knot. On her Instagram page, Charee shared photos from their heartwarming wedding, attended by their closest friends and family.
