After Cherie, Nora: ‘Mukhang ako na ang next’ — Gardo Versoza

FANS were shocked and saddened after actor Gardo Versoza joked that he might be the next to die following the passing of his friends, Cherie Gil and Nora Aunor.

On Facebook, Gardo posted an old photo with Cherie, who passed away in August 2022, and Nora, who died last week. His caption: “Mukhang ako na ang next ah.”

The post alarmed fans, especially since Gardo suffered a heart attack in March 2023 and has undergone two angioplasty procedures.

Supporters quickly flooded the comments with concern:
