Manila, Philippines – Actress and former beauty queen Ruffa Gutierrez was visibly shaken and emotional as she shared the heartbreaking news about her mother, veteran talent manager and media personality Annabelle Rama, who was recently rushed to the hospital following a sudden medical emergency.

According to Ruffa, the incident happened unexpectedly over the weekend while the Gutierrez family was gathering at their residence in Quezon City. Annabelle, known for her strong personality and outspoken nature, reportedly began to feel unwell and collapsed, prompting the family to call for immediate medical assistance.

“We were just having dinner,” Ruffa said in an exclusive interview. “Then all of a sudden, Mom said she was feeling dizzy. Seconds later, she fainted. It all happened so fast. I still can’t believe it.”

Despite her emotional state, Ruffa remains composed and strong for her family. “I have to be brave for my siblings. But I’m also scared. We never really think about the day when our parents will be the ones needing us the most. And now that it’s happening, I just want to be there for her every second.”
